I sell quality names like Monsoon and Boden, all of which are second hand, Most of my items are mine or my families and friends items, that i am selling for them.

I sell second hand clothes, equestrian books, second hand shoes and jewellery. My items are very carefully worn and of great second hand quality. I always try and recycle packaging as much as i can, I recycle carrier bags and always send my items neatly packaged. As the majority of my items are second hand and are purchased for a fraction of the price, i feel that purchasers are getting a great deal, items that are vintage are exactly that and are many years old, but still in a very goods condition, so it would seem silly that purchasers expect the item to be like brand new! If you want brand new and high prices then i am not the e-bayer for you.

I have paypal but dont mind being paid by PO or personal cheque (which takes 5 days to clear before the item can be sent out)

I always try to recycle packaging as much as i can, i pack the item in a bag first to protect from the wet and then in very neat brown paper.

I dont have a returns policy as i sell second hand items, and its a bit like a charity shop - only really sad people take stuff back to them for an exchange or a refund. Items that are bought from me are second hand if you want new items at new prices then i am not the e-bayer for you!
