we are a small family run business that specialise in brand named goods and eco products, we run high street shops, one in south london and two in north london, we run a stack them high, sell them cheap kind of business, our prices wont be beaten

we sell a wide range of products, the stuff on ebay is either the last few items from our shop stock, sometimes perfect graded returns, and we have just gone in to the eco clothing, natural cottons and linenes, recycled products etc etc, our items are of top quality and as im sure you will agree they are all very very reasonably priced, we try to beat our competitors and most of the stock we sell on ebay is either at cost or under cost simply to make way for new ranges we have coming in

as you will see my feedback ratings have been earned mainly by single items sold, not countless multiple items worth 99P all our items are higher priced and our feedback score speaks for itself

we have been trading for over ten years now and think in this time we have learned to buy the best stock and at the best prices, i have been told before by some ebayers that they were expecting a cheap fake or of second quality item but when they received the item they were shocked how we manage to do some of our stock at the prices we sell them for, we never sell fakes, sometimes sell returns or seconds from our own shop stock, we buy in bulk and distribute between our 3 shops, hence why we can sell so cheaply, then the stuff you see on ebay is either end of our shop lines or excess stock, we can offer very very low prices on our ebay stock as technicaly it owes us nothing and has to be sold to make way for new stock, we have limited space in our shops and work on a 6 week turnaround so we have no single line on show for more than 6 weeks, whatever is left after the 6 weeks gets advertised on ebay at a cut price, most of the time for less than what we paid for them wholesale !!!

we are a great fan of paypal, i know it costs us a few pence more but we believe this gives the buyers the best of both worlds, they can pay for the item at the click of a button without moving from the computer chair, they can track the payment, i can see the payment has gone through instantly, you get the item alot quicker, you get all of the buyer protection that paypal offer, and in my opinion it is the safest way to send money, both online or through the postal services.

we try to do a postal run every day, in some cases depending on method paid for we can get the item to you next day, we only ever charge what it costs us, we have quite a good knowledge of recent prices we have been charged so you can rest assured we're not ripping you off through the postage like nearly every other seller on ebay. i absolutely hate sellers that sell items for a few quid but then charge you about a tenner for postage, all they are doing is avoiding paying their ebay fees, by selling the item realy cheaply they are saving money on selling fees, the cheaper it sells the less fees you pay, they dont pay any charges on the postage costs, thats why they charge you a small fortune for postage, thats how they make their money, ITS A TAX SCAM TRUST ME. we do not do that, we pay what we have to pay, its a fact of life and the tax man will finaly click on to it soon and they will pay for it then !!! i try to use strictly recorded post, if not i get a signed proof of postage

if its not what i say it is then i will give your money back on receipt of the item back to base, mistakes do sometimes happen, if im at fault then i will kiss your feet and rectify the matter in the quickest possible time !

i check my emails every day constantly via PDA so most emails answered within an hour tops so prefer email as the main contact method

most sellers are on ebay to make bags full of money to live a lavish lifestyle. we are not!!! we are in it simply to clear unwanted stuff, we honestly lose on most items sold. we are not here to con you or sell you dodgy stuff. we want you to be happy customers not unhappy. we are very very busy people, we do appologise in most cases if we dont contact you throughout the transaction but this aids us to make it a fast transaction, the less time i sit at the computer the quicker things go. i will say thankyou now for your purchases and swift payments, we are realy appreciative for your custom even if we dont get the chance to say it is an email. all the best thanks from all the team
