Delivery information
I believe it is unfair to hide extra costs within the postal charges. My rates are always kept low and any extra on top will be for the wrapping/fuel costs. On many occasions i actually charge less than what is costs me to post the item! I dont see the point in worrying over a few pennies.

Return policy
I'm not perfect and mistakes can happen. Where there is a fault on my part, i apologise and will be happy to refund. I think it's only fair that we split the return postal charges.
