All titles by Herman Hesse, Archangel, Fatherland by Robert Harris Possibility of an Island by Michel Houellebecq, the Aurelio Zen series by Michael Dibden. Naomi Klein - The Shock Doctrine (non-fiction anti-Friedman polemic & not an easy read but it's essential for all who don't like what's going on in the world today) Plus many thousands I can't remember.

Les Trois Couleurs, a French trilogy by a Polish director which are as follows: Trois couleurs Rouge Blanc Bleu, Les Visiteurs, Themroc, Quai des brumes, The English Patient, A Bit of a Do, GBH & A Very British Coup, plus many, many more that I can't remeber at the moment.

Pretty eclectic musical tastes but within reasonable limitations of course! No muzak, girl/boy bands, no trad/modern jazz with the exception of Chet Baker & Miles Davies, no crooners etc, in fact no musical merde!

Surely this should read TV shows I hate the least? Any way the answer to the question is Waking the Dead, Spiral II and Wallander apart from this paltry list, NONE!!
