I have worked in Customer services over five years myself so i will always do my best to solve any problmes and give you the best service. I will always send my items at standard 1st class post for any kind of item, and will always advise to wait up to 28 days within the uk for delivery and anywere outside of the uk up to 60 days before coming back to me. Can i also make this very clear as i have had many queries, P&P is just as it says Postage and Packaging I charge the postage that the Post office website dictates depending on packaging, and also please note i combine with this and charge a small amount for the cost of packaging material. If you contact me with regards to P&P being to much and state that the post office site say's differently i will reply with this Statement, I CHARGE P&P NOT JUST Postage. The post office site only give you the postage price not MY pacakging costs. I also do not accept responsibilty for damages caused in Transit if you wish to make a complaint please let me know it arrived damaged and i will advise you to contact the Post office and i will also make a complaint to them.
