Most of my postage is by First class post. If you'd like me to use another type of postal service, please contact me before purchase to let me know. I'm also happy for any of my items to be collected. WHAT MY POSTAGE AND PACKING FEES INCLUDE: Royal Mail First class postal rates, my time to carefully parcel up your order,packing materials: bubble wrap, paper, packing tape, sticky tape & address labels. Also included in the p & p fees is my time to drive to the post office every single morning - my time spent photographing and listing items for you to buy, my time to call suppliers, make orders and research the best quality items to sell. My time spent on the phone and on the computer all day until late at night answering customer enquiries & problems. Also included in the P & P fees is all the hard work I put into making it possible for my customers to sit at home in front of their computers and view/buy items without any more effort than a couple of clicks of the mouse ....

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to accept returns for any items that may be broken, faulty or felt to be not as described. In this case a full refund including return postage will be issued.
