I started selling on Ebay back in 2001. Initially, i was just selling of some of the vast quantity of books I'd aquired over the years, and some baby stuff my daughter no longer needed. Eventually, I started selling a cople of new age software items, and from there my Ebay business gradually grew to what it is today. In October 2005 I gave up my full time job, and now just concentrate soley on my Ebay business.
Payment policy
Paypal is my prefered method, as i find it makes the whole transaction so much quicker. I can, however, also accept cheque, postal order, international money order, nochex, moneybookers, pppay, and credit card through nochex or paypal (even from none members). I accept payments in either British pounds, Euros or US dollars.
Delivery information
Items paid for by 3pm are usually shipped on the same day. I use first class postage for delivery within the UK and airmail for international orders. Special delivery is also available within the Uk for next day delivery. Buyers within the UK should receive their items within 1 or 2 working days, but please allow up to 5 days. European customers should receive their items within 5 - 10 days, but please allow up to 2 weeks. I'm afraid delivery to the rest of the world takes anything from 5 days up to 4 weeks - even by airmail. Sorry, but I cannot arrange for personal collections of items.
Return policy
Faulty items are always replaced. I accept returns on none faulty items provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, within 14 days. Refunds exclude shipping.

If you wsh to order more than 10 of the same item, i can arrange special rates. Details can be found in my store, or you can e-mail me.
Feedback
If you find that you have a problem with your item or with our service, and feel it necessart to leave negative feedback, please contact us first - most problems can be quickly and easily resolved. Negative feedback is usually just the result of a lack of communication. I use Ebays selling manager pro to automatically leave feedback when payment has been made and feedback has been left for me.
