About us
Woodlands Animal Sanctuary is a registered independent charity (no.1190858) based in the heart of Lancashire in a small village called Holmeswood. We look after ill, unwanted and neglected animals and specialise in rehoming cats and guinea pigs. We also have a number of ponies, goats, a donkey, chickens and ducks living out their lives with us.
We rely on donations to keep doing the work that we do and everything you find in this shop has been donated to us by our wonderful supporters. Every sale helps the animals in our care as the money goes directly towards food, bedding, heat, medical care and enrichment. By treating yourself to a bargain, you'll also be treating an animal to a better life.
