Welcome to Woodmount Trading. We are UK based and have a reputation for reliability. Most of our items are brand new, all in stock, and come with a minimum guarantee of 12 months.

Payment policy
We ask all buyers to checkout as soon as possible after purchase as this keeps administration costs to a minimum and ensures the quickest delivery of your item. We ask customers to complete payment of all items within 7 days. Payment can be made with Paypal, Crossed Postal Order, Cheque or Bank Transfer (Please email us here for our bank details). Postal Orders must be crossed and made payable to Ian Wood. We regret we cannot accept cash.

Delivery information
Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable to destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey and Isle of Scilly. Contact us for a quote before buying if you require delivery to these areas. Your package will normally be dispatched via the Royal Mail or Parcelforce within 2 days after cleared payment. We always confirm via email that your item has shipped. Many items will have free UK postal insurance offered when checking out. If you have not received your order having waited for more than 7 business days after dispatch please email us here with your name and the eBay auction number. Important. If your purchase is urgent please select an enhanced service when checking out and put a note in your payment.If you need your item to leave the same day its a good idea to call before buying to confirm that this is possible,it usually is but occasionally the office may be unmanned. Note that our post is collected at 17.00 daily.

Return policy
Faulty items: We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty. You can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unused (with any packaging and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding postage and handling charges).To arrange a return, email us here with your comments and include your eBay item number and buyer user ID. If you require a refund we will refund the full purchase costs including basic UK shipping (i.e. we will not refund enhanced shipping such as special delivery or insured charges) for faulty products and the purchase cost only for other items. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of product to the Paypal account or the alternative payment method that you used to pay for the item. All new products are guaranteed for at least 12 months against faulty materials or workmanship.Refunds will be made provided you return the item to us as sold.
