Buyer doesn't understand how much is costs to ship large/heavy items. It's strange because he is also a seller of large/heavy items.

This guy (andybranton) has absolutely NO idea what he's doing. He offered Free shipping and the case he sold was Trashed Out and he knew it. But we made an offer and he accepted it. We paid him instantly and he still wrote us poor feedback. Then he complained about how much the shipping was so we tried to help him but he refused. Instead, he used a 3rd party shipper, PLUS he paid WAY to much for a box, PLUS it was a XXXXL box, that he did NOT cut down, so he paid WAY to much to ship the case
