I source all my cars from other dealers including main dealers. All are HPI clear unless otherwise stated. All my cars are described with the highest level of detail on EBay, I am under no illusions that my EBay adverts are the most informative and most accurately described you will find on EBay. I put honesty and integrity before my profit. Each car is thoroughly checked with safety and mechanical soundness in mind. If there is anything wrong with one of our cars and there isn't enough profit in the car to repair or correct the issues, we may decide to sell it as it is, however we will accurately describe the issues honestly and with enough detail for you to make the most informed decision to buy or not to buy.

Deposits can be accepted only to secure a vehicle before collection if you choose to, deposits can be made by either placing money directly into our account (instant), balance transfer (3 days). I can accept debit/credit card deposits but this costs us greatly as it is not our machine so I generally prefer the bank deposit. Upon collecting the car, the final balance is made up by cash only. I can also accept bankers drafts if agreed by myself first. However, when using this method, the vehicle must be collected within good time to have the bankers draft checked at the bank, this is due to past experience of accepting payment by a very convincing counterfeit bankers draft.

Collection is to be made within 3 days of winning any vehicle, unless otherwise agrees by both yourselves and I. Any other items sold i.e. CD players, car parts and so on, postage information will be provided within the listing

We do not accept returns on cars. However this does not affect your statuatory rights. Anything major going wrong within what is considered by trading standards as a reasonable amount of time will be looked at with fairness and quality of service in mind, trading standards do take into consideration the age and mileage of vehicles. I will be leaving a guestbook open for customers to detail thier experience with dealing with me, hopefully all will be good experiences. However, from time to time, things may happen, I just hope that customers will be fair enough to give me the chance to resolve any genuine issues. However if I feel that people are beggining to abuse this guest book to bribe me into sending them money for repairs which do not exist, it will be removed, so I hope customers will be as fair to me as I will be to them.
