In the event that you wish to return a non faulty item you may return the item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund via PayPal or an exchange. The returned item must be in the same condition it was when it was sent to you, damaged items or items without tags will not be accepted. You must allow 5 working days to issue your refund, starting the day we recieve your returned item. In the unlikely event we do not reply within this time you must contact the Royal Mail as this means your item has been lost in transit. If you wish to return an item which is damaged or in any condition other than brand new with tags you are eligible for either an exchange for a more satisfatory item or a full refund via paypal within 7 days of purchase unless the item was damaged or the tags removed after you recieved it. You must again allow 5 working days to issue your refund, starting the day we recieve your returned item.
