Excellent ebayer, good service and fast shipping, BUT (and I mean a big BUT) the product isn't as advertised in the photos (not fabric ear covering, which is shown, nor over ear headphones), they are in fact on-ear headphones. Not so happy about receiving a product that isn't the same as in the advertised photos

The meter arrived broken (not an issue in itself) but when I asked for exchange or refund the seller at first only offered only 40% refund (due to their low profit margin). Had to point out consumer law and ebay guarantee over several emails to finaly get a full refund on returned goods.I will not deal with this vendor again.
