What everyone should know about me

I am pleased to be a volunteer for St Michael's Hospice, Hereford in their shop located in Gloucester Road, Ross-on-Wye

Things I sell

Unless I indicate otherwise, all the sales and resulting proceeds less eBay and PayPal expenses are for the benefit of the Hospice. All the items sold on behalf of the Hospice have been donated.

Business Information

History/background

I do go to considerable lengths to accurately describe the item for sale. If the description, age, etc is inaccurate it is not wilful and I will refund all costs associated with the purchase if clearly a misrepresentation has happened.

Payment policy

For low cost items I would prefer cheque or Postal Order as this means more money for the Hospice. However, I acknowledge the convenience of PayPal.
