If You Charge For First Class then make damn sure your service, goods, dispatch and delivery times perform in a manner that makes me believe your worth every penny, there are too many lazy gits who take the money and sit back until it is convenient, If you have health problems, mental issues, PMT, work shifts or it's all just too much to expect of someone whilst they are looking after kids then dont bother listing...it's really that simple, because the fact is your incompetent and lazy if it takes you more than 3 days to drag your fat ass away from daytime TV to get to the post office and fulfill your obligations.
