Hi, I should call this an about us page as my wife (Liz) has as much to with this shop as me ! We hope to run the shop full time one day! We enjoy being outdoors as much as we can and live in a top mountain biking and outdoor sports area.

Hill walking, cycling, running, field sports, military kit but also some leisure clothes for when you aren't charging around outside. My wife is also going to sell some cosmetics and kids clothing.

Mind Over Matter, by Ranulph Fiennes has got to be one of the best stories ever. However I've just read Rude Kids by Chris Donald which is the story of how Viz comic started! It was also an amazing story.Others worthy of mention, Touching the Void by Joe Simpson and Survival of the Fittest by Mike Stroud.

Ray Mears, Top Gear, Sponge Bob, The Simpsons, but TV is generally a bad thing !I like nothing better than switching it off! Liz survives on an odd diet of the BBC News and East Enders !!

To have a successful business and to hopefully, eventually manage my own time and to be around for my family. I also want to spend alot more time doing my sports, there are several large events that I want to participate in. My latest adventure was an attempt to row the Irish sea! which failed 9 hours in, but I'll be back! I spent a few years in the R.A.F and got into 100km ultra marathons (very painful!)Now participate in sea rowing and live in a country park which is excellent for outdoor sports and putting gear to the test. I hope to be able to eventually review all of the outdoor gear that I sell. Liz works as a nurse but is Keen shall we say to have a change of career path.

Have just returned to trading after a break of a few years. Life just got too busy!(House, married, kids, work, etc.!!) So it's going to take a little time to get back up to speed, but we'll get there! My interest in trading started up as a paying hobby but has spiraled ! We now hope to make a Go of it! Once we have moved house and have got more time. We will also be going out to trade shows etc.

Even though at present the shop lines are a little mixed up, within a few months I hope to get them to be mainly hillwalking, camping, military, mountain biking, adventure racing and rowing equipment. Liz is also going to have a section for cosmetics and kids clothes. As I live in the Afan Forest Park in south wales I have the ideal landscape on my front door that I can put all of these items to the test apart from the cosmetics which I now very little about ! So I'll leave that to Liz !

By the end of 2008 we will again be out on the road at trade fairs and some markets etc. So if you are local to the West Glamorgan area you could arrange to see some of the products in the flesh.
