OK, we are well into shed season...we had our biggest number of sales of sheds today despite the silly poor feedback we have been given. I just wanted to thank all our customers for sticking with us and giving hundreds upon hundreds of great feedback for the sheds in particular!!
we are hoping to increase the range in a week or so to include the smaller pent roof type.
Plus we will be putting all our summer items on soon including our own brand of pool chemical kit made by ourselves! we are also looking for distributors for these great kits.

Payment policy
We accept direct bank transfer, cheques (7 days clearance), paypal..and remember you don't need a paypal account to pay...just a credit or debit card.
Return policy
We Conform fully to the EU distance selling regulations
None faulty returns: If you are not completely satisified with your item it can be returned for a full refund minus the courier costs as long as it is returned within 10 days of delivery and is fully re-sellable and unused.
Faulty items: these usually have a 12 month guarantee the item can be returned to us for replacement, repair or refund depending on what we decide is suitable.

Negative from gandm4269 This entire episode has ended up with us informing the police. We want to put all the details on here to help any future buyers can make up their own mind about this customer that has caused us so much trouble. He bought a shed from us and did not provide a number for the courier to arrange delivery until late in the delivery process, so the courier took a chance on someone being in, but there was nobody in, so they phoned us for a number (which we had as it just been emailed from the customer).They phoned the customer and the customer told the courier to leave it outside their house (remember it is a huge heavy shed in boxes, so it should be safe.)So the courier left it! without getting a signature, which was wrong of them but they were just trying to help. The customer then waited a full week!! before complaining to ebay that they had not had the shed delivered!. So he got his money back!and still gave us a negative. Stolen or not we did not deserve this!

latest one - jancarz007 This guy gave us a neg then emailed swearing at us that he had not got his shed! he has never spoken to us before..here's the story..The courier tried to ring him loads of times on the number he supplied..no answer, so they just tried to deliver Four times!! on 17\5, 18\5, 24\5 ,1\6 and they were never in. We specifically ask for a daytime telephone number to arrange delivery.
The one from billycrook09 has just floored us after all the effort updating the purchase confirmation email..it contains everything you need to know about your order and we even have a contact number on there...as for the courier not being polite, we can't really help there..I assume he did his job.
scozz31 now this was awful ,they never contacted us so we did not see it coming, The customer has still not got back to me! I am guessing it is referring to a shed that has been built on a uneven base, so the screws don't line up..anyway they have never asked for there money back!
