Zebmec was established by individuals striving to provide the best possible service to the thousands of potential customers, currently using or looking to implement barcode reading and label printing equipment. Not only do we provide a comprehensive range of data capture and label printing equipment from leading vendors, but we also support our customers with consultancy, training and installation services. Our customers are located across the UK and Ireland, as well as mainland Europe and Africa. They operate in industries such as transportation and logistics, production and manufacturing, retail and hospitality, and also education and healthcare.

We accept credit/debit cards, BACS payment, Bill Payment, Cheque and PayPal.

On most occasions products will be shipped direct from Zebmec through Parcel Force Worldwide. Prices for delivery are based on quotations received at the time of listing and are based on weight. Normally delivery times are 2-3 days. Other faster despatch times are available for an additional cost. Collections can be made direct from Zebmec by prior arrangement. Customers in close proximity to our Stafford office (20 miles), can get items delivered free of charge if requested. Some products listed may be held in stock by our supplier and will ship direct from warehouses within the UK.

Any goods to be returned must be agreed in advance via Zebmec who will issue a RMA number. Once a RMA number has been issued, the customer will need to return the goods to our Stafford address. Please be aware, Zebmec will not collect items for warranty repair. DOA items must be returned in the original packaging. Please be aware that Zebmec will only collect DOA items within 14 days of our invoice date to the customer. Any goods incorrectly purchased by the customer will be subject to a 25% re-stock fee. The cost of returning the goods will also be borne by the customer. Any return raised due to an error made by Zebmec will be collected by Zebmec. All commercial returns must be in a pristine condition and have all relevant items All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days only. Please do not write on or deface any product packaging. Items received which have defaced packaging will be rejected and returned to the customer. Goods returned without an RMA will be rejected and returned.
