I am a cyclist and runner with a degree in Sports Science and a background in coaching elite athletes and writing for magazines like Cycling Weekly. I work with my friend Matt who is a highly respected bike engineer in the UK.

The usual....Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Batman. Also anything by David Fincher (Seven) or the Cohen Brothers.

Myself and Matt run Zerofour, an engineering company making prestige made-to-measure titanium and carbon bike frames. We believe that as no two people are the same, no two bikes should be the same, and hence each frame is individually made for you.

Inside UK: I would be happy to accept payment via the following methods: Personal Cheque, PayPal, Postal Orders and Bank Transfer. Outside of UK: I am happy to accept payment via American Dollars, Euros or Australian Dollars, international bank transfer and money orders that are negotiable in the UK. Please allow up to 2 weeks for cheque clearance. We will send items within 2 working days except for cheques which will take up to 5 working days to clear.

Inside UK: Postage and packing will be at cost price. I will send parcels up to 1kg in weight via Royal Mail standard post (proof of postage obtained). Anything bigger will be sent by Parcel Force 48. Outside UK: Shipped via Royal Mail Airmail. If you would like me to insure your parcel please let me know or cheque out the Royal Mail website for costs.

If for any reason the item is not as described in the auction listing, I would be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the item in the original packing. The return postage costs would not be included in any refund made.If you feel that the item is not as it should be for any other reason, please let me know and I will sort something out.

I do not have a fixed time period for payment, but the sooner I receive payment, the sooner I will dispatch your item. I will send a courtesy email after a week or so to check all is well, sometimes payments do go missing. If I have not heard anything after 4 weeks, I will have to start the process to recover my fees from ebay, but will keep you informed at each stage.

My postage costs are based on the weight and dimensions of your item, including packaging, as per the Royal Mail and Parcel Force published costs. They also include the weight of all packing materials used to ship your item.
